Summary	Students are introduced to the key areas of business operations: contractual relationships, payment transactions and collateralisation, company forms, human resource management, marketing, EU and international trade operations, especially international procurement and distribution. The focus is on providing students with practice-relevant skills in identifying operational problems and solving these via the application of business management and legal principles. Teaching, learning and assessment are largely case-study based.
